Hello to my fellow railroad collectors. As everyone knows Ebay
has caused a problem for the railroad lock and key collectors in the hobby.
The hobby needed another way for collectors to buy & sell their old brass switch keys, so I´m
going to try to fill the void in the hobby.
My plans for the site in the long run will have personal accounts
And you listing your own items for sell.
For now if you want to sell your railroad locks or railroad keys with a fixed price I will list it for you for a flat $10 per item 30 day listing. The fees for the 2 week auction is $10 per item plus 6% of the sale price. For non auction items you can email me a picture of your item or send the item to me and I will take the pictures and list it. All items for auction must be at my location. Until further notice special listing fee for railroad keys. $5.00 for the 30 day listing.
I would like to see an auction at the end of every month. That would give two weeks to collect new items and one week to post the pictures on the site and two weeks for the auction. I will take the bids by email with the item number. Once the number of items hits a point that it´s more that can be managed in one auction well go to two auctions a month and so on.
