Terms and Conditions

Fees:

$10.00 per listing of a month sale. Payment due when item is listed.

Administrator reserves the right to cancel a listing at any time in the event that it is deemed inappropriate, fake, or non-genuine.
All fees are non-refundable.

Terms:

Shipping: Buyer will be responsible for all shipping cost, which will be determined by the seller of the item.

Insurance: Buyer is responsible for insurance if wanted. In the event of an insurance claim, the buyer will be forwarded necessary documentation to handle the insurance claim on their end at their post office, unless otherwise instructed by the administrator.

Returns:

Three (3) day return policy with buyer being responsible for returning the item at their cost with the buyer receiving no refunds of any shipping cost paid.

Cancellation of Listings:

The administrator reserves the right to cancel any listing at any time in the event that it is deemed inappropriate, fake, or non-genuine, which will result in a non-refund of any fees paid

Legal Terms and Allowed Items:

RailroadKeys.com only sells vintage and obsolete railroad keys that are no longer being used by the major railroads of the United States. All keys listed are of historical value and rarity, and are not being sold as railroad keys for actual railroad usage. RailroadKeys.com strictly prohibits the sale of any newer style railroad key, key that is currently in use by the major railroads, or key that presents a security problem to a major railroad. All keys listed on this site will first need to be approved by the administrator so that they meet the vintage and obsolete criteria established. Any keys not meeting this criteria will not be allowed on the site.

Any 3^rd party (seller) that lists a key after approval of the administrator is still legally responsible and assumes all liability in connection with the listing of the key and is bound by the terms and conditions set forth under "terms and conditions" of this site.
